We had our bathroom renovated, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! Kris did an amazing job installing wet panels, a new toilet, a mixer shower, a new bath, fresh flooring, and a sink with a cabinet. His attention to detail was excellent, and everything was finished to a high standard. Kris was not only highly skilled but also very polite and professional throughout the process. He kept everything tidy, worked efficiently, and ensured everything was completed on time. The bathroom now looks stunning, and we are thrilled with the transformation. Receiving a quote and booking in the job was easy. After providing details through Checkatrade, I then received a callback which I followed up. The range of jobs included putting up shelves and installing bathroom cabinets. Kevin from One Stop Refurbs was fantastic. He took pride in his work to ensure everything was right. He was friendly, polite, professional and tidy. I'm really pleased with the work.

I enquired, and One Stop get in touch really quickly, and sent a couple of their people (Ryan and Chris) the following day. Chris was sorting out our lighting issues - he was excellent, and quick. Ryan was building us some shelves in a couple of alcoves. Despite the wonky wall, he was anxious to ensure that the shelves came out really level. He was excellent, really careful, and made some great shelves. They were both delightful, and we are definitely going to ask One Stop to do any jobs we need doing, going forward. Great job!

Absolutely brilliant. Communication with Jim was outstanding. He was so attentive and offered sound advice. The work was carried out by Kevin who was fantastic again for his quality of work and advice, he was so patient as I personally bought wrong size parts and he went and bought the parts that were needed. I can’t recommend this company enough. Even the aftercare was superb in checking that I was happy with the service.. I will definitely be using these guys again. A very happy customer. I originally booked One Stop Refurbs to carry out several jobs in my new serviced accommodation including light fixtures, blinds installation and some minor carpentry work. Communications with the team organising the work was excellent and the handyman turned up on time and with all the tools required as per my request. I had calculated the job to take around 6-8 hours and was extremely pleased as it only took the handyman around 4.5 hours to complete all tasks to the expected standard, meaning that I received a discount on the final invoice. Couldn't recommend One Stop more!!!
